■トーキョー会議とは、在日国際人材向けの市民活動フォーラム（公開討論会）であり、以下の目的で定期的に開催しております。

Ⅰ　日本社会の多様な集団・コミュニティー間での「内なるグローバル化」に関する議論を促進すること
Ⅱ　日本の市民社会において在日外国人の声を発信すること
共催団体として、NPO法人ZESDAと文部科学省国費留学生協会からの支援も頂いております。

■これまで計4回開催しております。
トーキョー会議は、元々外国人留学生向けのカンファレンスイベントとして2014年12月に発足しました。
毎年参加者数は100名を超え、その大多数が社会人です。

■今回のテーマは、未来の共創 / Building a common future。

イベント参加者によるグループディスカッションでは、以下2つの議題について議論して頂く予定です。
Ⅰ　在日外国人労働者のローカル・コミュニティーへのインテグレーションをどのように促進すればよいか
How can we encourage the integration of immigrants in local communities in Japan?
Ⅱ　日本の組織はどのようにすればグローバル人材が確保・保持できるか
How can organizations in Japan attract and retain global talent?

今回の基調講演者：柴崎洋平氏

■TOKYO KAIGI is an annual civil society forum for the internationally-minded community living in Japan.
It is held with the following two aims:

Ⅰ　To inspire dialogue among various groups in Japanese society about the opportunities and challenges presented by internal globalization
Ⅱ　To represent in civil society the voice of the international community living in Japan

■TOKYO KAIGI first began in 2014; in the past four years, it has grown from an international-student-centric speech event to a civil society forum that engages both Japanese and foreigners, working professionals and students in thinking and discussing about issues related to globalization.
We have had over 120 participants each year, approximately half of which are working professionals.

Keynote speakers in the past have included:
　Mr. Hiroshi Inoue (Japan Business Federation, Education and sports division head),
　Mr. Yukio Tada (Japan Association of Corporate Executives, Sojitz Research Institute CEO),
　Mr. Ryosuke Toura (Tokyu Corporation Executive Officer),
　Mr. Tsunehiro Uno (Writer and editor of “PLANETS”, a review magazine).

■Tokyo Kaigi Conference 2019 theme is ‘Building a common future’.
We hope to inspire forum participants to think deeply about these questions and more, and discuss differences in opinion for the following sub-themems.

Ⅰ　How can we encourage the integration of immigrants in local communities in Japan?
Ⅱ　How can organizations in Japan attract and retain global talent?
